Ingredients
1 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Large Oat Flakes from Cereal Product
1 l coconut-rice milk
5-10 date in pieces
0,5 tl salt
Preparation
- Mix the oat flakes, crushed buckwheat groats, salt and chopped dates with the coconut rice milk and pour into the baking dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes at 225°c.
- Serve gluten-free baked oatmeal with coconut or oat cream, add berries or nuts and enjoy!
Tip
- Oven baked buckwheat-oat porridge can also be easily prepared at a lower temperature in the oven. The preparation time is only slightly longer. Put the porridge in the oven in the evening and enjoy it in the morning.
