Virtasalmen Viljatuote's big oat flakes and crushed buckwheat groats make a lovely gluten-free baked oat-buckwheat porridge. Try it and love it!

Preparation

  • Mix the oat flakes, crushed  buckwheat groats, salt and chopped dates with the coconut rice milk and pour into the baking dish.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes at 225°c.
  • Serve gluten-free baked oatmeal with coconut or oat cream, add berries or nuts and enjoy!

Tip

  • Oven baked buckwheat-oat porridge can also be easily prepared at a lower temperature in the oven. The preparation time is only slightly longer. Put the porridge in the oven in the evening and enjoy it in the morning.
