2,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans and Beans
0,5tspbaking powder
1 dl curdled margarine (or melted butter)
2 tbsp water
1 egg
0,25 tsp salt
- Stuffing
1 pss (300 g) vegetable and rice mix (frozen)
75 g meetvurstisuikale
50 g grated red Emmental cheese
50 g grated black Emmental cheese
50 g pieces of feta cheese
1 egg
100 g (1/2 cup) of sour cream
0,5 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Preparation
- Bottom
- Mix the ingredients of the base with a spoon or a wooden fork.
- Pat the dough on the bottom and sides of the pie dish.
- Stuffing
- Mix the filling ingredients together and spread over the base.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes.
