Preparation

  • I first melted the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and let it cool.
  • I whisked the eggs, egg yolks and sugar well until foamy
  • To the mousse I added the mixed dry ingredients and the butter-chocolate mix alternately.
  • Then just put the dough in a greased and coconut-flaked 20 cm round loose-bottomed pan and put it in the oven.
  • My oven was about 175 degrees and the cake was allowed to bake for 45 minutes.
