150 g butter
1 dl coconut flakes
200 g dark gluten-free chocolate
2 eggs
4 egg yolk
1 dl cane sugar
0,75dlVirtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free dark wholegrain teff flour
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
- I first melted the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and let it cool.
- I whisked the eggs, egg yolks and sugar well until foamy
- To the mousse I added the mixed dry ingredients and the butter-chocolate mix alternately.
- Then just put the dough in a greased and coconut-flaked 20 cm round loose-bottomed pan and put it in the oven.
- My oven was about 175 degrees and the cake was allowed to bake for 45 minutes.
