Gluten-free Dark Flour Blend is a high-fibre all-purpose flour made from Finnish ingredients, based on Finnish buckwheat flour. Thanks to buckwheat and flax straw, Dark Flour Blend baked goods have a rich flavour and darker shade.
The dark flour mix is suitable for baking breads, sweet and savoury pies, cakes and chocolate delicacies. Using this flour blend gives gluten-free baked goods extra nutritional value: fibre, vegetable protein and trace elements that are important for the body.
