Gluten-free Dark Teff wholemeal flour is milled from the seeds of the naturally gluten-free millet grass and is always wholemeal. The small seeds of teff contain, among other things, lysine, a muscle-building substance.

Teff is rich in protein and fibre. In addition, it contains calcium, magnesium and iron. The flour has an excellent amino acid composition.

The teff has a nutty taste.

Dark teff flour can be used in a variety of baking and cooking applications. Try it in chocolate cake, sourdough bread, for example, or for making mocha squares, for example, or try the instructions on the package. teff is also great in crust dough for Karelian pies, for example. Teff is originally from Africa, but is now grown in countries such as Spain.
