Gluten-free teff porridge flakes are made from naturally gluten-free teff, whose small seeds contain lysine, a muscle-building substance. Teff is also high in fibre and contains vegetable protein, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and vitamin B6.

The gluten-free Teff porridge flake is suitable for cooking, simmering in the oven or swelling in hot water like instant porridge. For the best consistency, simmer the porridge on a low heat. The longer the simmer, the softer the porridge. Add a knob of butter to the finished porridge and enjoy as you would rye porridge. Alternatively, you can enjoy the porridge with berries or fruit. You can also add the porridge flakes as such to yoghurt or curd.

Porridge flakes are made from naturally gluten-free millet teff cereal, whose small seeds contain lysine, a muscle-building substance. Teff is also high in fibre and contains vegetable protein, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and vitamin B6.

The taste of teff is slightly nutty and reminds many people of rye bread or rye porridge, but in a milder flavour.

Teff is originally from Africa but is now grown in countries such as Spain.

The gluten-free Teff porridge flake is suitable for cooking, simmering in the oven or swelling in hot water like instant porridge. For the best consistency, simmer the porridge on a low heat. The longer the simmer, the softer the porridge. Try it with lingonberry porridge or even as a whipped porridge, you will be pleasantly surprised.

You can also add the porridge flakes as such to yoghurt or curd.

No additives or preservatives have been used in the porridge flakes. In addition, the teff we use is GMO-free.
