Gluten Free Corn Flour is suitable for both baking and cooking. Maize is one of the world's most important cereal crops, grown both for human consumption and animal feed. Originally from Central America, corn requires a lot of heat to grow well. As the growing season for maize is limited in Finland, the maize used in Viljatuotte's products comes from France.
