The Gluten Free Oat Flour Mix is a versatile baking Gluten Free Oat Flour Mix that is rich in fibre and flavour. The oat flour mix is slightly coarse due to the inclusion of oat flakes and bran. Oat flour mix is therefore rich in fibre, protein and a number of vitamins and minerals. The raw materials used in this mild-tasting flour blend are completely free of additives, preservatives and GMOs.
