Gluten-free Pizza Hot Dogs

Gluten-free Pizza Hot Dogs

kplPizza Hot Dog dough
2,5 dl lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
1 ps dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of salt
- Fillings
mozzarella cheese grated
long sausages
mustard
ketchup or some other sauce
chopped red onion
cucumber salad
Preparation
- In a bowl, add the water, psyllium, yeast and sugar. Stir and allow to swell for about 10 minutes.
- Add the oil, salt and flour. Mix until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with fresh cling film and put it in a draught-free place, e.g. in the microwave for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
- Sprinkle the rice flour on a baking sheet in three places and over the dough in the bowl.
- Take an approximate third of the dough with your hand and shape it into a longish, narrow disk on a baking sheet. Press the disc slightly thinner in the middle. Repeat until you have three sheets of dough.
- Spread a drizzle of olive oil in the middle of the pastry sheets. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Make incisions in the sausages and lift them over the cheese sauce.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Fill the Pizza Hot Dogs with toppings and enjoy.
