Pizza Hot Dog dough

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add the water, psyllium, yeast and sugar. Stir and allow to swell for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the oil, salt and flour. Mix until smooth.
  • Cover the bowl with fresh cling film and put it in a draught-free place, e.g. in the microwave for an hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
  • Sprinkle the rice flour on a baking sheet in three places and over the dough in the bowl.
  • Take an approximate third of the dough with your hand and shape it into a longish, narrow disk on a baking sheet. Press the disc slightly thinner in the middle. Repeat until you have three sheets of dough.
  • Spread a drizzle of olive oil in the middle of the pastry sheets. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Make incisions in the sausages and lift them over the cheese sauce.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Fill the Pizza Hot Dogs with toppings and enjoy.
