Gluten-free corn porridge is quickly prepared for the little ones in the family with Virtasalmen Viljatuote' Gluten-free corn flour. Season with salt to taste! Try it and love it too!
Ingredients
5 dl water or milk
Preparation
- Use a thick-bottomed pot to cook porridge.
- Pour about 3 dl of milk into the pot and bring to the boil.
- The rest of the milk and cornflour are mixed into a large mixture, which is added to the mixture, stirring vigorously all the time.
- Turn off the heat and let the porridge steep under the lid.
- Stir occasionally until the gluten-free corn porridge is ready.
Tip
- The porridge is also suitable for adult tastes. You can spice up the porridge by adding any toppings you like.
