Wonderfully tender gluten-free spiced biscuits are easily made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' dark rice flour. These are perfect to serve at the coffee table.

Preparation

  • Making the dough is easy. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Add the melted butter and the egg.
  • Roll the dough by hand into balls of about 12 or more if you want to make smaller cookies.
  • Bake in a 200°C oven for about 15 minutes until the cookies are light brown.
  • Deliciously tender gluten-free spice cookies for the coffee table.
