Gluten-free spiced biscuits

Wonderfully tender gluten-free spiced biscuits are easily made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' dark rice flour. These are perfect to serve at the coffee table.

2,5 dl almond flour
0,5 dl potato flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 dl brown sugar
60 g melted butter
1 egg
Preparation
- Making the dough is easy. Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the melted butter and the egg.
- Roll the dough by hand into balls of about 12 or more if you want to make smaller cookies.
- Bake in a 200°C oven for about 15 minutes until the cookies are light brown.
- Deliciously tender gluten-free spice cookies for the coffee table.
