kplBake gluten-free and vegan vanilla waffles to complete your Sunday brunch! Enjoy the waffles warm with your choice of toppings.
Ingredients
45 g / approx. 1 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten Free Oat Bran Cereal Product
160 g / approx. 2½ dl Viljatuote Gluten Free Pancake Flour Mix
4 tbsp sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 tl salt
0,5 tsp vanilla powder or 1½ tsp vanilla sugar
2,5 dl mineral water
1 dl gluten-free unflavoured oatmeal cream
50 g melted margarine or oil
+ more oil to lubricate the waffle iron
Preparation
- Mix the waffle dough ingredients together, grease the waffle iron and bake the waffles according to the instructions on the waffle iron. Enjoy the gluten-free and vegan vanilla waffles with gluten-free whipped oatmeal and jam. Vanilla waffles are best when freshly baked.
