Gluten-free and vegan doughnuts for Christmas in the oven!

Ingredients

  • n. 5 dl Viljatuote Gluten Free Bun Flour Mix

  • 2 dl almond flour

  • 0,5 dl sugar

  • 2 tsp cardamom

  • 0,75 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp dry yeast

  • 3 dl oat drink

  • 1 dl Milkless yoghurt

  • 0,5 dl melted coconut or rapeseed oil

  • For icing: oil and sugar

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the doughnut shell. Mix the dry ingredients. Mix together the oatmeal and dairy-free yoghurt. Preheat to 42 degrees.
  • Stir the oat cheese and yoghurt mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the oil. Gently mix together. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes.
  • If the dough sticks to your hands, sprinkle in the bun powder mixture. Press the dough into the holes in the doughnut lining. Bake at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for a while and remove the doughnuts from the pan. Dip the gluten-free and vegan donuts in oil and sugar.
