Ingredients
2 dl almond flour
0,5 dl sugar
2 tsp cardamom
0,75 tsp salt
2 tsp dry yeast
3 dl oat drink
1 dl Milkless yoghurt
0,5 dl melted coconut or rapeseed oil
For icing: oil and sugar
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the doughnut shell. Mix the dry ingredients. Mix together the oatmeal and dairy-free yoghurt. Preheat to 42 degrees.
- Stir the oat cheese and yoghurt mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the oil. Gently mix together. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes.
- If the dough sticks to your hands, sprinkle in the bun powder mixture. Press the dough into the holes in the doughnut lining. Bake at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool for a while and remove the doughnuts from the pan. Dip the gluten-free and vegan donuts in oil and sugar.
