3,5 dl Gluten-free corn flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Product
0,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 Himalayan fine salt
0,75 dl oil
2 dl water
- Fillings

red onion
tomatoes
cucumber
sauces according to your taste
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Add the oil and water.
- Divide the dough into 7 parts.
- Put a lot of flour on a baking sheet and roll the flour into balls of about 14 cm in diameter.
- It's not a good idea to make larger ones, as these are more challenging to get into a frying pan.
- Once rolled out, place another sheet of baking paper on top of the pudding and turn the pudding over in the palm of your hand, gently remove the flour from the pudding with your hand and fry in a hot pan without fat for about 2 minutes per side. Or if you have a bread pan, it's the easiest way to transfer it to the frying pan.
