Gluten-free all-purpose flour mix from Virtasalmen Viljatuote used in the small breads
Ingredients
100 g butter
0,5 dl sugar
1 chicken egg
0,5tspbaking powder
2,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
2-3 tbsp marmeladia
- Frosting
150 g chocolate
0,5 dl cream
Preparation
- Cream the soft butter and sugar.
- Add the egg, still beating vigorously.
- Combine the flour, add to the dough and mix until smooth.
- Press the dough into small dumplings on a baking tray, on a baking paper (leave room for spreading) and make a small indentation in the middle.
- Squeeze a dollop of marmalade into the well as the centre of the eye.
- Bake the cookies in a 200 °C oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Let them cool before decorating.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, add the cream and mix until smooth.
- Use the chocolate paste to crush the eyelashes on the eyes.
- Putting nonparels on your lashes gives you a bit of pling pling!
