Gluten-free all-purpose flour mix from Virtasalmen Viljatuote used in the small breads

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Cream the soft butter and sugar.
  • Add the egg, still beating vigorously.
  • Combine the flour, add to the dough and mix until smooth.
  • Press the dough into small dumplings on a baking tray, on a baking paper (leave room for spreading) and make a small indentation in the middle.
  • Squeeze a dollop of marmalade into the well as the centre of the eye.
  • Bake the cookies in a 200 °C oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • Let them cool before decorating.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, add the cream and mix until smooth.
  • Use the chocolate paste to crush the eyelashes on the eyes.
  • Putting nonparels on your lashes gives you a bit of pling pling!
