Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix the flour and butter into a crumb
  • Add salt and water and stir quickly
  • Bake the bottoms for about 5 minutes at 225 degrees.
  • Stuffing
  • Fill the bases with the fillings mentioned above or with fillings of your choice.
  • Mix the eggs and cream and pour over the base.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 225°C for about 20 minutes until the filling has set.

      Sorry for the delay in replying! Thank you for your feedback! The baking time was inadvertently left out of the recipe. Small pies are baked for about 20-25 min. until the filling has coagulated.
