Preparation

  • Mix the egg, sugar and melted margarine/butter.
  • Mix together the white flour mix, oat flakes, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
  • Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk and mix until smooth.
  • Finally, add the blueberries, stirring gently (frozen blueberries when frozen).
  • Using two spoons, divide the batter into paper muffin tins.
  • Bake in a 200 °C oven for 10-15 minutes.
