Preparation

  • Melt the butter. Mix the baking powder into the mashed beans.
  • Add the sugar, oat flakes, flaxseeds, flour and egg to the butter.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Use a spoon to scoop the dough out onto a baking tray, or leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
  • On a floured surface, shape the dough into bars, cut into pieces and roll into balls.
  • Place the pieces of dough on a baking sheet, sparingly, as the dough spreads out many times in the oven.
  • Bake at 190 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
