Delicious gluten-free biscuits are easy to make with Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-Free Cereal Bean Flour Mix. Try it and love it!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
  • Add the dry ingredients and melted butter.
  • Leave the dough to harden in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Roll the dough into a thin disk and use a cookie cutter to make cookies.
  • Brush the surface of the biscuits with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
  • Gluten-free biscuits are best when fresh but will keep for a few days in an airtight box. Unless you eat them sooner.
