Gluten-free baguette
Recipe by Virtasalmen Viljatuote Oy
Gluten-free baguettes are as easy to make as bread rolls. For best baking results, use a baguette pan.
Try also stuffed baguettes, "subs". Cut a fried baguette in half and fill it with cheese, fried chicken, pancake, olives, cucumber and garlic sauce, for example.

Hi,
Is that an 11-gram packet of dry yeast?
Best, Anne
Hi Anne,
Yes, the recipe calls for an 11g packet of dry yeast. 😊
I followed those instructions; they spread out and rose a little.
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! If the baguettes spread out and don’t rise much, the dough may have been a little too loose. Let the dough rest for about 5 minutes as instructed before shaping, and if necessary, add a little flour mixture until the dough holds its shape. A baguette pan also helps prevent spreading. You should also make sure the liquid is about +42 °C and that the baguettes aren’t left to rise for too long. ☺️
