Gluten-free baguettes are as easy to make as bread rolls. For best baking results, use a baguette pan.
Try also stuffed baguettes, "subs". Cut a fried baguette in half and fill it with cheese, fried chicken, pancake, olives, cucumber and garlic sauce, for example.

  • Heat the water to +42°C and whisk in the dry yeast. Add sugar, salt, oil, flakes and flour, kneading well. Pour the dough onto the table and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Divide the dough into 2-3 parts and roll into baguettes. Place the baguettes on a baking tray and place a baking sheet on top. Cover and leave to rise for 20-30 min. Bake at 200°C for approx. 25 min.
