Gluten Free Pancakes or Flatbreads

Gluten Free Flatbreads are delicious tortilla pancakes that are quick and easy to make. You can fill them with a variety of tortilla toppings or enjoy them as they are.

kplIngredients
1,5 tsp baking powder
1tspsalt
2,5 dl unflavoured yoghurt
n. 0,75 dl olive oil
Preparation
- Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Add the yoghurt and olive oil and stir.
- Divide the dough into 3-4 parts and roll into balls. Roll on a floured surface until about half an inch thick.
- Fry in a pan without oil for a few minutes on both sides until the surface gets a little colour.
- Serve gluten-free flatbreads with a variety of tortilla fillings or enjoy them as they are.
