Gluten Free Flatbreads are delicious tortilla pancakes that are quick and easy to make. You can fill them with a variety of tortilla toppings or enjoy them as they are.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together.
  • Add the yoghurt and olive oil and stir.
  • Divide the dough into 3-4 parts and roll into balls. Roll on a floured surface until about half an inch thick.
  • Fry in a pan without oil for a few minutes on both sides until the surface gets a little colour.
  • Serve gluten-free flatbreads with a variety of tortilla fillings or enjoy them as they are.
