minutesThe gluten-free granola bars are made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' blueberry mill. They are an easy and delicious snack even on a car trip. One serving makes 9 buttons
Ingredients
2 tbsp Gluten Free Buckwheat Groats from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
1 tl vanilla sugar
0,5 tl salt
0,5 dl milk
0,5 dl dark syrup
50 g white chocolate
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix together the muesli, crushed buckwheat groats, milled flaxseeds, salt and vanilla sugar.
- Add the milk and dark syrup to the mixture.
- Press the granola mixture into the holes of the silicone muffin tin.
- You can also use a larger muffin tin, which will result in fewer or thinner buttons.
- You can also pat the dough into a rectangular baking dish and cut it into pieces.
- Bake the granola bars at 200°C for about 10 minutes, until they get a little colour.
- Remove the slightly cooled buttons from their pans and trim if necessary.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the base into the chocolate.
- Allow to set on a baking sheet.
- Store gluten-free granola bars in a cool place.
