  • Melt the coconut fat or margarine.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Combine the flour mix, fat and water.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Roll out the dough into a thin disk and make small biscuits of the desired shape with gingerbread shapes.
  • Bake the biscuits in a 200 °C oven for about 12 minutes.
  • Let the biscuits cool before icing.
  • You can spread the icing all over the biscuit or pipe it in patterns.
  • Decorate with sugar pearls or nonpareils.
  • Remember to check the suitability of the materials used to make the decorations!
