Gluten-free cranberry muffins will take your tongue away. The muffins are made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' Gluten-free bun flour mix, which is suitable for both sweet and savoury baking.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Cream the soft butter and sugar.
  • Add the eggs, sour cream and mixed dry ingredients.
  • Place paper liners on a muffin tin and divide the dough into 12 portions.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • If you like, you can top the gluten-free cranberry muffins with Valio's strawberry cream.
  • Serve the delicious muffins with cranberry garnishes at the coffee table or take them home warm.
