minutesGluten-free cranberry muffins will take your tongue away. The muffins are made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' Gluten-free bun flour mix, which is suitable for both sweet and savoury baking.
Ingredients
150 g butter
1 dl sugar
2 eggs
1 dl sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
1 dl coconut flakes
1 dl dried cranberries
Preparation
- Cream the soft butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs, sour cream and mixed dry ingredients.
- Place paper liners on a muffin tin and divide the dough into 12 portions.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- If you like, you can top the gluten-free cranberry muffins with Valio's strawberry cream.
- Serve the delicious muffins with cranberry garnishes at the coffee table or take them home warm.
