Easy and healthy gluten-free seed cornbread can be made into a snack in no time using Virtasalmen Viljatuote' corn or buckwheat flour.



  • Heat the convection oven to 150 degrees.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the boiling water and oil and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto a baking tray and flatten into a thin, baking tray-sized disk.
  • When smoothing by hand, the task is made easier by placing your hand inside a plastic bag.
  • Finally, sprinkle some finger salt on the surface of the dough.
  • You can also tap the salt into the paste with your hand.
  • You can use a dough wheel to divide the dough sheet into ready-made portions or leave the sheet whole.
