hourEasy and healthy gluten-free seed cornbread can be made into a snack in no time using Virtasalmen Viljatuote' corn or buckwheat flour.
Ingredients
2 dl Gluten-free cornor buckwheat flourfrom Virtasalmi's Cereal Product
0,75 dl sunflower seeds
0,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Grain Product Flaxseeds
0,5 dl sesame seeds
0,5 dl pumpkin seeds
2,5 dl boiling water
0,5 dl oil
finger salt
Preparation
- Heat the convection oven to 150 degrees.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the boiling water and oil and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking tray and flatten into a thin, baking tray-sized disk.
- When smoothing by hand, the task is made easier by placing your hand inside a plastic bag.
- Finally, sprinkle some finger salt on the surface of the dough.
- You can also tap the salt into the paste with your hand.
- You can use a dough wheel to divide the dough sheet into ready-made portions or leave the sheet whole.
- Bake in a 150 °C oven for about an hour.
- Let the crispbread cool before serving.
