Easy and tasty pancakes made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' light, gluten-free flour mix.

  • Mix the ingredients and let the dough swell for a while.
  • Fry on a hot griddle pan. Use enough fat.
  • Sweet pancakes are delicious with unsweetened berries and also cold.
  • When eaten with jam, the amount of sugar can be reduced.
