Ingredients
2 dl Gluten-free coarse rice flour from Virtasalmi Grain Product
1 l water
2,5 dl lingonberry jam
A few strawberries
A pinch of salt
0,5 dl sugar
Preparation
- Whisk the flour into the boiling water. Whisk the flour in small batches so that it does not clump. Season with salt. Simmer for 10 minutes. Mix in the survos, strawberries and sugar. Allow to cool and whisk until fluffy.
- For example, you can get spectacular portions with whipped cream! Whip the cream into a slightly fluffy consistency or, if you prefer, all the way to a frothy consistency.
- Garnish the gluten-free whipped cream with fresh lingonberries and strawberries. You can also use frozen berries if you wish.
