Gluten-free and vegan berry pie is the perfect way to clear out the freezer! Use whatever berries you have in your freezer!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease the pie dish.
  • Mix the dry ingredients. Fold in the coconut oil. Add water 1 tsp at a time to make a firm dough.
  • Press the dough into the bottom of the greased pan and preheat the bottom for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, mix the dairy-free "curd", sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Pour the "curd" onto the pre-cut base and sprinkle the berries on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and let the pie cool well. The filling will set in the fridge.

Tip

  • Store the gluten-free and vegan berry pie in the fridge, well covered. The pie crust will set in the cold, so take the pie out about 30 minutes before serving.
