1 small red onion
0,5 red pepper
a piece of butter

2 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
2tspbaking powder
1,5 tsp salt
3 eggs
8 dl milk
70 g buttery molasses
200 g cottage cheese
100 g ham strips
- Cream of cottage cheese
1 prk (200g) sour cream
a handful of chopped parsley
a piece of chopped pepper
black pepper from the mill
salt from the mill
Preparation
- Consult
- Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
- Sauté in a pan with butter.
- Dough
- Mix the dry ingredients together
- Add eggs, cooled butter melt and milk 2dl at a time, mixing well between each addition (to avoid lumps)
- Add the cottage cheese, ham slices, onions and peppers and mix well.
- Bake at 225'c for about 25min
- Cream sauce
- Mix everything together
- Enjoy on a pancake
