Preparation

  • Consult
  • Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
  • Sauté in a pan with butter.
  • Dough
  • Mix the dry ingredients together
  • Add eggs, cooled butter melt and milk 2dl at a time, mixing well between each addition (to avoid lumps)
  • Add the cottage cheese, ham slices, onions and peppers and mix well.
  • Bake at 225'c for about 25min
  • Cream sauce
  • Mix everything together
  • Enjoy on a pancake
