3 dl milk
1tspsalt
3 tbsp syrup
1,5 dl carrot sauce
1,5 pss dry yeast
2 dl Gluten-free buckwheat flour from Virtasalmi's Grain Product
0,5 dl rapeseed oil
Preparation
- To the heated milk I added the spices and grated milk.
- Then I kneaded in a flour mix + flour + dry yeast.
- And finally the oil. The dough is firm enough that you can shape it in your hands without flour to fit the bread pan.
- In the end, the bread was allowed to rise in the oven for an hour because the oven was still so hot.
- However, it still didn't seem to rise too much.
- The oven still read 260 degrees when I put the bread pan right at the front of the oven.
- I was excited to see how the bread would bake.
- The bread was left in the oven for 20 minutes, when it was beautifully brown on top.
- In an electric oven, the correct baking temperature is probably 225 degrees. It seems to me that the baking oven has a different temperature and therefore you can bake at higher temperatures. So it's worth experimenting with different temperatures in your own oven, it's the only way to get to know your oven better. However, each oven is its own individual.
