  • Bottom
  • Mix the soft butter and cream cheese. Add the mixed dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread the dough in a 27cm diameter pie dish as a base and also lift the dough slightly to the edges. Use flour if necessary or bake with wet hands.
  • Put in the fridge to wait for the filling to be prepared.
  • Stuffing
  • Sauté the chopped red onions and broccoli in a splash of oil, sprinkle with a little pepper mixture.
  • Mix together the cream, egg, grated cheese and spices and add to the base.
  • Sprinkle the fresh parsley over the cream mixture.
  • Place the diced red onions and broccoli last and bake at 200'c for about 20 min.
