120 g soft butter
0,5 prk (125g) milk cream
2,5 tl baking powder
1 dl Gluten-free coarse buckwheat flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
- Stuffing
1 large red onion
200 g broccoli peel
a splash of oil
a dash of mixed pepper (santa maria)
2,5 dl cream of three onions (Valio)
2 eggs
2 dl grated cheese
1 tsp dried rosemary
0,5 tsp herbemare herb salt
0,5 tsp chilli-flavour mixture
2 tbsp maize flour
1 tsp paprika powder
0,5 dl fresh parsley
Preparation
- Bottom
- Mix the soft butter and cream cheese. Add the mixed dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the dough in a 27cm diameter pie dish as a base and also lift the dough slightly to the edges. Use flour if necessary or bake with wet hands.
- Put in the fridge to wait for the filling to be prepared.
- Stuffing
- Sauté the chopped red onions and broccoli in a splash of oil, sprinkle with a little pepper mixture.
- Mix together the cream, egg, grated cheese and spices and add to the base.
- Sprinkle the fresh parsley over the cream mixture.
- Place the diced red onions and broccoli last and bake at 200'c for about 20 min.
