Mouth-watering gluten-free mud cake never disappoints! Mudcake is supposed to stay fluffy inside! Gluten-free cake is delicious for everyone!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat and allow to cool
  • Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy
  • Mix the dark sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt together and add to the egg sugar foam, turning gently.
  • Add the cooled chocolate butter to the mixture
  • Place a 24 cm loose baking dish on a piece of baking paper and grease (and bread the edges of the dish).
  • Bake in a 24 cm loaf pan at 200 degrees for 15-20 min. The cake should remain loose in the middle.
  • Chill the gluten-free mud cake and serve it with vanilla ice cream.
