minutesMouth-watering gluten-free mud cake never disappoints! Mudcake is supposed to stay fluffy inside! Gluten-free cake is delicious for everyone!
Ingredients
200 g butter
200 g dark gluten-free chocolate
4 eggs
2 dl Indian sugar / plain sugar
1 tl vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
0,5 tl salt
Preparation
- Melt the butter and chocolate over low heat and allow to cool
- Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy
- Mix the dark sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt together and add to the egg sugar foam, turning gently.
- Add the cooled chocolate butter to the mixture
- Place a 24 cm loose baking dish on a piece of baking paper and grease (and bread the edges of the dish).
- Bake in a 24 cm loaf pan at 200 degrees for 15-20 min. The cake should remain loose in the middle.
- Chill the gluten-free mud cake and serve it with vanilla ice cream.
