100 g soft butter
0,5 dl sugar
0,5 tl salt
1 egg
2,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans and Beans
0,5tspbaking powder
- Stuffing
3 carrots
0,5 fresh cucumber
0,5 small zucchini
100 g thin thin ham cutlet
1 prk French cream
1 egg
salt, pepper
Preparation
- Bottom
- Beat the fat and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and whisk to combine.
- Mix the baking powder with the flour and add the flour and salt to the dough.
- Spread the dough in a greased baking pan.
- Stuffing
- Peel the carrots. Slice the carrots, cucumber and pumpkin lengthwise into strips.
- If necessary, cut the slices in half so that they don't stay too high in the pan.
- Cut the ham slices into three pieces. Begin to rotate the slices around the outside of the baking dish as shown in the picture below.
- A round of vegetables and a round of ham, another round of vegetables, etc.
- When the pan is full, mix the cream and egg.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and ham.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
