  • Beat the fat and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the egg and whisk to combine.
  • Mix the baking powder with the flour and add the flour and salt to the dough.
  • Spread the dough in a greased baking pan.
  • Stuffing
  • Peel the carrots. Slice the carrots, cucumber and pumpkin lengthwise into strips.
  • If necessary, cut the slices in half so that they don't stay too high in the pan.
  • Cut the ham slices into three pieces. Begin to rotate the slices around the outside of the baking dish as shown in the picture below.
  • A round of vegetables and a round of ham, another round of vegetables, etc.
  • When the pan is full, mix the cream and egg.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and ham.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
