  • Whisk room temperature butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add the vanilla sugar and flour and mix until smooth.
  • Use an arrow to spread the dough on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool. Cut the cooled plate in half.
  • Filling and icing
  • Mix the condensed milk until smooth and spread it between the plates.
  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and stir until smooth. Spread the mixture over the pastries and leave to set in the fridge. Cut into ready-to-eat portions.
