250 g butter
2,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 dl potato flour
- Filling and icing
1 sweetened condensed milk, caramelised
170 g milk chocolate
25 g butter
Preparation

- Whisk room temperature butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add the vanilla sugar and flour and mix until smooth.
- Use an arrow to spread the dough on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool. Cut the cooled plate in half.
- Filling and icing
- Mix the condensed milk until smooth and spread it between the plates.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and stir until smooth. Spread the mixture over the pastries and leave to set in the fridge. Cut into ready-to-eat portions.
