Ingredients
- Bottom
150 g margarine
0,5 tl salt
1 dl grated cheese
1 dl cold water
- Stuffing
350 g ham strips
1 pss frozen vegetables
1prk cream fraiche
2 dl cream
3 eggs
0,5 tl salt
1tsppepper mix
4 dl grated cheese
Preparation
- Bottom
- Mix together the soft margarine, grated cheese and dry ingredients.
- Add the water and mix the dough until smooth.
- Put the dough in the fridge for a moment.
- Then spread the dough on a baking sheet on a baking tray.
- Poke holes in the bottom with a fork and bake at 225°C for 10 minutes.
- Stuffing
- Mix the creme fraiche, eggs and spices together.
- Spread the vegetables and ham strips on top of the base.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and pour the cream mixture on top.
- Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.
