Gluten-free cranberry-vanilla cake

minutesA delicious gluten-free cranberry-vanilla cake, suitable for both weekdays and holidays. Cranberry and vanilla are a delicious combination. If you wish, you can also freeze the cake and add the decoration just before serving.
Ingredients
7 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
2 dl brown sugar
3tspbaking soda
300 g butter melt
3 dl syrup
4,5 dl buttermilk
150 g dried cranberries
4 tbsp vanilla flavouring
6 tsp real vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish of about 2.3 litres.
- Bake in the bottom of the oven on a wire rack at 175 C for 45 min.
- Allow to cool. Decorate with e.g. powdered sugar and the gluten-free cranberry-vanilla cake is ready to enjoy.
Tip
- You can also freeze the cake fresh. Add the decorations just before serving.
