A delicious gluten-free cranberry-vanilla cake, suitable for both weekdays and holidays. Cranberry and vanilla are a delicious combination. If you wish, you can also freeze the cake and add the decoration just before serving. 

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking dish of about 2.3 litres.
  • Bake in the bottom of the oven on a wire rack at 175 C for 45 min.
  • Allow to cool. Decorate with e.g. powdered sugar and the gluten-free cranberry-vanilla cake is ready to enjoy.

Tip

  • You can also freeze the cake fresh. Add the decorations just before serving.
