Gluten-free millet radish and cucumber salad is the perfect side dish for grilled food and steaks. Millet sprouts are similar to quinoa, but milder in flavour - perfect for salads!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Start the salad by cooking the millet rhizomes. Rinse the semolina thoroughly under hot running water and bring to the boil. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Allow to stand for a while and cool.
  • Slice the cucumbers and radishes. Chop the spring onion and dill. Mix all ingredients and serve.
