Preparation

  • Mix the egg, sugar, syrup, fruit and melted butter into the sour cream.
  • Add the flour mix with the raising agents, spices and psyllium.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured (e.g. Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten Free wholegrain brown rice flour or Almond Flour) cake tin.
  • Bake at 175 degrees for about 1 hour.
  • Dump the cake once it has cooled.
