minutesGluten-free buckwheat chips are easy to prepare with the gluten-free buckwheat bran from Virtasalmen Viljatuote. The dough makes about 24 chips. Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-Free Buckwheat Mash is very rich in fibre and protein, making it ideal for nutritious snacks.
Ingredients
75 g (dairy-free) margarine
1,5 dl brown sugar
2 dl Gluten-free buckwheat broth from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
1tspcardamom
0,5tspbaking powder
1 egg
Preparation
- Melt the margarine.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add the fat and egg.
- Drizzle the mixture sparsely onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in a 200 °C oven for 5-8 minutes.
- Using a spatula, lift the hot biscuits onto a curved surface (e.g. a baking sheet or a baseball or basketball bat covered with baking paper) and allow to cool before serving.
- Gluten-free buckwheat chips taste great on their own or dipped in your choice of dip.
