Gluten-free buckwheat chips are easy to prepare with the gluten-free buckwheat bran from Virtasalmen Viljatuote. The dough makes about 24 chips. Virtasalmen Viljatuote's Gluten-Free Buckwheat Mash is very rich in fibre and protein, making it ideal for nutritious snacks.

  • Melt the margarine.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add the fat and egg.
  • Drizzle the mixture sparsely onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake in a 200 °C oven for 5-8 minutes.
  • Using a spatula, lift the hot biscuits onto a curved surface (e.g. a baking sheet or a baseball or basketball bat covered with baking paper) and allow to cool before serving.
  • Gluten-free buckwheat chips taste great on their own or dipped in your choice of dip.
