6 eggs
2,5 dl sugar
0,75 dl Virtasalmi Cereal Product Gluten Free Dark Whole Grain Rice Flour
0,75 dl Gluten-free corn flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Product
0,75 dl Gluten-free buckwheat flour or Finnish buckwheat flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Products
1,5 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the flour and pour into the greased baking dish.
Bake the cake in a 175°C oven for about 35 minutes.
A ripe gluten-free light cake base comes off the edges of the pan.
Let the cake cool well before cutting it into layers. Moistening the layers with juice or water before spreading the filling will make the cake sweeter.
