An easy gluten-free light cake base made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free flour. Try it and love it!

Preparation

  • Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the flour and pour into the greased baking dish.
  • Bake the cake in a 175°C oven for about 35 minutes.
  • A ripe gluten-free light cake base comes off the edges of the pan.
  • Let the cake cool well before cutting it into layers. Moistening the layers with juice or water before spreading the filling will make the cake sweeter.
