Ingredients
6 eggs
2,5 dl sugar
0,75 dl Virtasalmi Cereal Product Gluten Free Dark Whole Grain Rice Flour
0,75 dl Gluten-free corn flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Product
0,75 dl Gluten-free buckwheat flour or potato flourfrom Virtasalmi Cereal Products
1,5 tsp baking powder
Preparation
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the flour and pour into the greased baking dish.
- Bake the cake in a 175°C oven for about 35 minutes.
- A ripe gluten-free light cake base comes off the edges of the pan.
- Let the cake cool well before cutting it into layers. Moistening the layers with juice or water before spreading the filling will make the cake sweeter.
