Wonderful gluten-free seed oat bread is made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' oat flour mix. 

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix the dry ingredients together.
  • Melt the honey and fat in warm water and add to the dry ingredients.
  • If the dough is really hard (it should be a bit hard), add more water if you want.
  • Put the dough in the bread pan.
  • Bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the bread from the pan and bake on a wire rack for another 30-40 minutes, until the bread sounds hollow.
  • Gluten-free seed oat bread is at its best when fresh. You can also freeze the bread if you wish.
