minutesWonderful gluten-free seed oat bread is made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' oat flour mix.
Ingredients
2,5 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl Gluten-free flaxseed
1 dl nuts (almonds, hazelnuts)
1tspsalt
1-2 tbsp honey or syrup (to taste)
3 tbsp coconut oil
3,5 dl warm water
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together.
- Melt the honey and fat in warm water and add to the dry ingredients.
- If the dough is really hard (it should be a bit hard), add more water if you want.
- Put the dough in the bread pan.
- Bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the pan and bake on a wire rack for another 30-40 minutes, until the bread sounds hollow.
- Gluten-free seed oat bread is at its best when fresh. You can also freeze the bread if you wish.
