Ingredients

Preparation

  • Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm buttermilk.
  • Add the mashed potatoes, grated cheese and salt.
  • Start with the flour and finish with the fat.
  • Let rest covered for 15 minutes.
  • Use flour as a baking aid.
  • Divide the dough in two and bake into thick tango shapes.
  • Cut the bars into 4-5 cm pieces.
  • Place the pieces on a baking sheet and cover with a cloth.
  • Let rise for about 45 minutes.
  • Grease the buns with egg and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
  • Bake at 225 degrees in a medium oven for about 15 minutes.
