2,5 dl milk
25 g yeast or 1 pss dry yeast
2,5 dl potato purée
2 dl grated cheese
0,5 tl salt
3,25 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten Free Cereal Product Gluten Free Mashed Beans and Beans
50 g butter or ½ dl rapeseed oil
- For lubrication

1,5 dl grated cheese
Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm buttermilk.
- Add the mashed potatoes, grated cheese and salt.
- Start with the flour and finish with the fat.
- Let rest covered for 15 minutes.
- Use flour as a baking aid.
- Divide the dough in two and bake into thick tango shapes.
- Cut the bars into 4-5 cm pieces.
- Place the pieces on a baking sheet and cover with a cloth.
- Let rise for about 45 minutes.
- Grease the buns with egg and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 225 degrees in a medium oven for about 15 minutes.
