A delicious gluten-free ham and raspberry pie is perfect for lunch. The base of this delicious pie is made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free bull bean flour mix.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Mix the ingredients of the base with a spoon or a wooden fork.
  • Pat the dough on the bottom and sides of the pie dish.
  • Stuffing
  • Spread the hams, the yoghurt and the crumbled Aura cheese on top of the base.
  • Mix together the grated cheese, sour cream, eggs and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture over the fillings.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes.
  • Gluten-free ham and raspberry cheesecake is at its best when slightly chilled.
