Ingredients
- Bottom
2 dl sugar
4 eggs
2 egg white
1 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote Gluten-free Fine Buckwheat flour
0,5 dl cocoa powder
(1 tsp baking powder)
- Stuffing
2,5 dl icing sugar
0,25 tsp salt
150 g (dairy-free) margarine
2 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Bottom
- Whisk together the eggs, egg whites and sugar.
- Through a sieve, add the buckwheat flour, (baking powder) and cocoa.
- Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a 200°C oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Place the tartlet on a greased and sugared baking sheet and allow to cool.
- Stuffing
- Whisk the ingredients for the filling and spread the filling on the tart pan.
- Roll up the plate or cut the plate in half and stack the pieces on top of each other.
- Divide into portions.
- Store the gluten-free dream cake in a cool place.
