Gluten-free Dream Cake is made with buckwheat flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote. Try and fall in love with this delicious cake.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Whisk together the eggs, egg whites and sugar.
  • Through a sieve, add the buckwheat flour, (baking powder) and cocoa.
  • Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a 200°C oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • Place the tartlet on a greased and sugared baking sheet and allow to cool.
  • Stuffing
  • Whisk the ingredients for the filling and spread the filling on the tart pan.
  • Roll up the plate or cut the plate in half and stack the pieces on top of each other.
  • Divide into portions.
  • Store the gluten-free dream cake in a cool place.
